North Branch Area Hockey Association

On Saturday November 30th, the North Branch C Squirts had their first game of the season with a 3-1 victory over Andover. The fifth graders got the team fired up with the first goal by Nick Johnson in the second period with an assist by Nick Lambrecht. Third grader Brett Klun picked up the second tally, (the first of two goals for him) with assists by Samantha Blair (fourth grade) and Zach Shepard, (third grade). The third goal was again scored by Brett Klun with the assist going again to Zach Shepard. Shots on goal were a lop-sided 29-9 in our favor. Trejan Kvistad picked up the win in the goal with several key saves on Andover breakaways. This team worked well together and all gave 100 percent for their first game.
