The Arena Committee attended its second City Council work session on July 20. The committee prepared answers to questions that the council posed during a previous work session and updated the proposal document for the Council’s review. The City Council has asked the arena committee to present the proposal to the Parks Commission, which will happen August 1.
The arena is on the City Council agenda for the August 8. The Arena Committee would like the presence of as many association members and skaters as possible at this City Council meeting to show support for an indoor facility.
