The North Branch City Council voted unanimously in passing a resolution that states that the City of North Branch will provide land and infrastructure improvements to the property (i.e., sewer, water, parking lot, driveway, landscaping) for the multi-purpose arena if the association can fund the structure. This is a huge step forward for the project, but there is a lot of work to be done.
Thanks to everyone who attended the City Council meeting. Your strong presence was felt and thoroughly appreciated. This was a significant milestone for our association and our community.
Watch for an invitation to a special arena committee meeting that will give all members of the association an opportunity to get more involved in the arena effort.
