During the annual meeting there was a sign up sheet for the coaching committee, which has been misplaced. If you are interested in serving on this committee, please contact Chris Courtright or Joel Chilstrom at coachingdirector@northbranchhockey.com. The responsibilities of the committee include:
- Recommend head coaches for each team
- Develop and administer coaching recommendation process
- Develop the player evaluation and tryout process
- Develop and administer coaching and player mentoring process
- Develop and administer coaching and player development process
- Develop and administer coaching feedback surveys at the end of each year
- Evaluate coaches and determine target numbers of expected players to return for the next year
ATTENTION INTERESTED COACHES: Also, if you are interest in coaching during the upcoming year, please submit your coaching application before July 1. Any questions regarding coaching can be directed to Chris or Joel at coachingdirector@northbranchhockey.com.
