Ice Director
Tom Garin is responsible for coordinating all facets of the ice program; appointing committees within the program as needed; submitting an annual itemized budget; purchasing and distributing ice time purchased or maintained by NBAHA; attending District 10 meetings; and working closely with district to schedule all games, practices and tournaments.
