S.K.A.T.E Coordinator
Lena Shephard coordinates the S.K.A.T.E program. S.K.A.T.E. stands for “Skaters Keep Achieving Through Education” and is a program that encourages, supports and rewards youth hockey players who commit themselves to their schoolwork while enjoying the sport of hockey.
Lena is in charge of distributing information to skaters, collecting SKATE forms from skaters after report cards are received during the school year, sending information in to receive awards for skaters, and distributing awards.
