Equipment Check-Out

North Branch Hockey provides FREE equipment check out. First and Second year Mites are prioritized for equipment availability; however, typically there is plenty of equipment for all that need it. Mite Equipment Check-out will occur after Mite Registration close in mid-October.

If you are in need of equipment outside of the Mite Equipment Check-out, please fill out this form and reach out directly to the Equipment Coordinator with size information and to coordinate pick-up.

Equipment shall be returned at the end of the season; typically in March. Future communication on return details will be sent at the end of the season.

Any equipment not returned by April 1st for the checked out season will incur a charge to your Crossbar account ($75 Player Equipment, $200 Goalie Equipment). Returned equipment that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear may be subject to charges. 

Equipment rental may be extended through summer if needed. Contact the Equipment Coordinator for more information.
